PRODUCT CONCEPT Consists of 3 dimensions
Managerial Dimension- It includes the related product features and services i.e. the brand name, package, type, safety components, delivery, installation, maintenance and repair, warranty, etc.
Consumer Dimension- A product conveys a message indicating a bundle of expectations to a buyer. It the expectations are fulfilled its repeat demand is the result.
Social Dimension- These presume that the society too is offered desirable or salutary product which brings not only an immediate satisfaction but also yields in the long run consumer welfare and best use of scanty resources, safety to users, quality of life, concern for a cleaner and better environment, etc.
